What are my rights if Direct Save Telecom increases prices
From time to time we may need to increase some of our prices. If we do, and those price increases are detrimental to you,
then you are entitled to cancel and switch to another provider without incurring penalty / termination charges from us providing
such cancellation is within 30 days of receiving notification of the price increase. Please be assured that should we need to
increase prices we will remain cheaper than BT and the other main providers.

Service Calls
Since 1 July 2015, the regulator Ofcom changed the way calls to numbers starting 08, 09 and 118 are charged. 080 calls remain free to call. These numbers are known as service numbers. The cost of calling any of these numbers (084, 087, 09 and 118) is now split into two parts:
The Access Charge: This is what we charge you, per minute, for connecting the call. This charge is 20 pence per minute.
The Service Charge: This is the rest of the call charge. The organisation you are calling will tell you how much this is.
Adding the above two charges will give you the exact cost of your call.
