Paper Bill Charge will be £1.85 including VAT (BT™ charge £1.89 & TalkTalk £1.90)
Online billing is free of charge

Standard Residential Line Rental (28 Day Agreement) will be £12.85 (12% cheaper than BT™)
Special Offer Residential Line Rental (18 Month Agreement) will be £10.55 (28% cheaper than BT™)

VAT increase effective 4th January 2011 and price adjustments for residential tariffs.
Direct Save Telecom have decided to absorb the VAT increase on some items,
in particular for
the very popular Broadband Family and Pro products.
Broadband Family and Pro prices remain unchanged at £14.95 and £24.95 respectively (VAT increase absorbed)
Broadband Lite will be £10.95 (VAT increase, usage allowance increased to 45Gb and small price adjustment)
Residential Line Rental will be £11.95 (12% cheaper than BT™) (VAT increase and small adjustment)
Option 2 call plan will be £2.55 (15% cheaper than BT™) (VAT increase only)
Option 3 call plan will be £4.50 (was £4.55 and 9% cheaper than BT™) (VAT increase absorbed and price reduced)
UK Local & National evening calls reduced to 0.9p per minute (10% cheaper than BT™) (VAT increase absorbed and price reduced)
UK Local & National daytime calls will be 4.9p per minute (30% cheaper than BT™) (VAT increase and small adjustment)
UK Mobile daytime calls will be 12.35p per minute (5% cheaper than BT™) (VAT increase only)
UK Mobile evening calls will be reduced to 6.85p per minute (2% cheaper than BT™) price down
Call Set Up charge will be 10.9p (5% cheaper than BT™) (VAT increase and small adjustment)
Legacy Option 4 tariff with free broadband & free calls will be £17.95 (VAT increase and small adjustment)
Peak & Off Peak times will be the same as BT™, TalkTalk and other Service Providers
Peak = 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday
Evening = 7pm to 7am Monday to Friday
Weekend = Midnight Friday to Midnight Sunday

This follows the 50p increase announced by BT™.
From 1st October 2010 BT™ will charge £13.29
The call set up fee for chargeable calls on Residential tariffs will increase to 9.5p
From 1st October 2010 BT™ will charge 10.9 pence per chargeable call (15% dearer than Direct Save Telecom).

A paper bill fee of £1.25 will be introduced. Online billing will be free of charge.
BT™ have removed their £1.25 online discount. TalkTalk charge £1.49
