What happens next? In a few days we will write to you confirming your transfer date - this will be the date that the savings will start. With this letter will be an invoice for the first partial month plus the next whole calendar month, this will be due for payment seven days later. You will, of course, receive a refund from your current Service Provider for any advance charges that you have paid them. Future invoices are monthly - usually on or around the 10th of each month - we invoice monthly in arrears for the call charges and in advance for any rentals, packages and services.
If you require us to install a new telephone line, we will charge £116.32 and by submitting this order you agree to pay this (this is cheaper than BT who charge £125.00). Please ensure you give us an alternative contact number so that we can advise you of the installation date easier.
