We will provide you with uk based telephone pc support for any queries or problems that you may have with your pc hardware and software. We will provide this pc support in the first instance by giving advice via the telephone and if necessary (and with your permission) by accessing your pc remotely. If we access your pc remotely you will be able to watch the actions that we take whilst giving you pc support. PC Support is available to you 24 hours, 365 days a year. Our PC Support Team will do their very best to resolve any pc related problem or question, however we cannot guarantee to resolve all problems. Nor can we be responsible for repair or replacement of any 3rd party hardware, equipment and applications. You will remain at all times responsible for your pc, printers, and any other hardware and applications that you have.
