Direct Save Telecom can install new telephone lines and services. We will arrange and manage the whole installation for you. A new telephone line installation now costs just £42.51 This is payable prior to the telephone line being installed. When the new telephone line has been installed we will then invoice you for your chosen call plan for the first partial month plus the next whole calendar month, thereafter you will be invoiced monthly. Your monthly telephone bill is usually generated on the 7th of each month.

To order your new telephone line simply click the sign up button on any page then complete the telephone order form. When ordering enter "new line" for a new telephone line installation where it asks for your telephone number. We can install a new telephone line anywhere in the UK. It takes about 10 days to arrange the new phone install from the time that you place your order. At some exchanges we may be able to install the telephone line sooner, we will book the earliest date possible then call you to confirm the install date. To help us check the install date with you please give a mobile phone number on the order form. We use Openreach (a BT Group company) to carry out the new phone line installation. We may install your new telephone line on Local Loop Unbundled (LLU) if it is available at your exchange. Being on LLU will enable us to add broadband services for you, usually within an hour or so of your request.
