*This are our great value no nonsense Broadband Lite and free call bundles that will satisfy the needs of many home broadband and telephone users - no matter where you live in the UK. UNLIMITED broadband usage between midnight and 6pm (Off Peak, 18 hours a day) with a 5Gb broadband usage limit between 6pm and midnight (Peak, 6 hours per day). Over usage at peak time is charged at £1.95 per additional Gb.
Our up to 8Mb broadband service is fastest broadband speed available and varies according to many factors including distance from exchange, line quality, time of day and whether you are on Broadband Lite, Broadband Family or Broadband Pro - see broadband speeds for more details.
The Free calls are limited to the first 60 minutes of each call to numbers starting 01, 02 and 03 (UK local and national) 0845 & 0870 non-geographical numbers.
All figures are monthly charges and include VAT. Subject to a one off set up charge.
All broadband and call plans are on a simple 28 day rolling agreement.

The Free USB Router is a quick and easy way for you to connect broadband on a single computer. Line rental is required at only £10.86 per month (BT charge £12.77) giving even more savings. The transfer from your current telephone provider takes about 14 days, depending on your exchange the broadband will be active either on the same day or within 10 days.

If you already have broadband we will ask you for a Migration Authorisation Code (MAC), simply call your current broadband provider and ask for a MAC code - do not cancel their broadband service as this could cause delays in the seamless transfer to our best broadband bundle. If you have a cable line we will need to install a new telephone line (OFFER PRICE - ONLY £79.95 NORMAL cost £113.85 including VAT) and you can retain your existing number.
