UNLIMITED broadband usage between midnight and 6pm (Off Peak, 18 hours a day) and the 5Gb, 20Gb or 40Gb usage limits are between 6pm and midnight (Peak, 6 hours per day). Over usage at peak time is charged at £1.95 per Gb. Our up to 8Mb service is fastest speed available and varies according to many factors including Option Plan, distance from exchange, line quality and time of day - see broadband speeds for more details. Your exchange may be active for superfast broadband (ADSL2+) giving higher speeds.

The Free calls are limited to the first 60 minutes of each call to numbers starting 01 and 02 (UK local and national) 0845 & 0870 non-geographical numbers. If you already have broadband we will ask you for a Migration Authorisation Code (MAC), simply call your current broadband provider and ask for a MAC code - do not cancel their broadband service as this could cause delays in the seamless transfer to our best broadband bundle. If you have a cable line we will need to install a new telephone line OFFER PRICE - NOW ONLY £79.95 (normally costs £116.32 including VAT) and you can retain your existing number.
