Tiscali have been taken over by TalkTalk and customers on Tiscali call plans are being switched to TalkTalk prices - see above.
Primus have an eyecatching headline of £9.99 line rental but be warned, their call rates are very expensive and you might end up paying more for your phone bill. If you switch to Primus you'll be in an 18 month contract - as a Direct Save Telecom customer not only will you save more money on your phone bill but you'll be in a simple 28 day contract.
